The Children's and Family Library has been re-named The FAMILY MEDIA CENTER & LIBRARY (FMC) This facility is a library, a classroom, a parental resource room, a place where kids, mothers, fathers, sisters, and brothers can all come and find something outside the world's offerings and priorities.

The FMC is not what it needs to be but, it is getting closer every day.
8:45am-10:50am apx.
11:15am-12:30pm apx. Sundays
5:30pm-8:30pm apx. Wednesdays
Please come in and look over the books, games, DVD'S, VHS, games and software available in this library. Also, if you would like to dedicate an item to the FMC in the name of a birth, a graduation, a baptism, an anniversary, a small group, a ministry, or whatever...contact Terry Hodson and the arrangements will be made.
Ms. Lisa Dugger is our very talented craft director. She presents periodic "Craft Days" throughout the year (watch for an announcement). Craft days are proving to be one of the FMC'S most popular activities. Thank you Lisa! Next craft day 9 April 2006.
We also have the blessing of having Mr. Scott Rice doing periodic "Story Time hours" following worship, which has also proving to be very popular. Thank you Scott! Next Story Time 23 vApril 2006

PRAYER
Books:
Especially for the young children, but all ages are needed. Let's try to get 1,000 books for every child at the Arvada Church Of Christ's FMC! We need at least 5-10 times the number of books in the FMC to be able to meet our needs.
Storage cabinet:
We are bursting out all over!
Bookcases:
Never enough. We will make room.
Computers:
Three is our current target, but we will eventually need apx. three to five, and hopefully more.
Office Supplies:
Tape, Stapler, Poster board etc.
ANYTHING:
Narnia, VeggieTales, or Adventures in Odyssey. Never enough! Would Love to see the Davey and Goliath stuff, Ranger Bill, Down Gilead Lane and Your Story Hour etc. preserved and used in our FMC!
Christian education software:
The Bible Mouse curriculum is some of the best out there, but hard to get! Adventures In Odyssey software is proving to be very popular. Illuminia Gold would truly help. I hope to have a "Teacher's Computer" up and running very soon. All donations must be Win98 compatible.
Lapdesks:
Especially for Pre-schoolers and 5-12 age group.
Computer Repair & Care:
We have a laptop needing some help.
