Your Wedding at the Arvada Church of Christ
We are so glad that you are considering us for your wedding ceremony. The Arvada
Church of Christ is a conservative Bible-centered independent church that values
marriage and the belief that marriage is sanctioned by God. We are happy to provide
the use of our facility to members as well as non-members on your special day.
What You Can Expect:
Arrange building availability, contract and fees with the church representative. A consultation will be arranged with the wedding coordinator to discuss the
specific needs of your ceremony and what our ministry has to offer.Your wedding coordinator will be present at your rehearsal and during your ceremony to assist with all details of the ceremony and to help insure that the ceremony runs smoothly. Your wedding coordinator will discuss lighting, music, decorations, seating and the order of ceremony as well as answering any questions you may have.
Building Use Requirements:
Smoking is only permitted outside the building in designated areas.
Alcoholic beverages are not to be possessed or consumed anywhere on the premises. No rice, birdseed or confetti inside the building. Birdseed is preferred to be
thrown outside the building.
Musical instruments are not used during worship services. You must provide any musical instruments that will be in your wedding ceremony. Please inform the church
representative of your desire to use musical instruments.
No food or drinks inside the church auditorium.
Fees:
There is a $350 cleaning and damage deposit due at the time of reservation. There is a non-refundable fee for the use of the building for your ceremony of
$500 due 30 days before the scheduled date. This covers all ordinary ceremony costs
(there may be additional deposits and charges for special requests and exceptional
circumstances).
Cancellations:
If you cancel more than 30 days before your scheduled event the
$350 will be refunded.
Cancellations less than 30 days in advance will result in
the forfeiture of the $350 deposit.
